As an Shift Leader you will create memorable guest experiences by making great food and beverage recommendations and serving delicious items. You will be a member of a cohesive team that supports each other’s success in a fast-paced environment.
What you will do:
· Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
· Provide exceptional customer service.
· Maintain product quality and availability at all times.
· Knowledge of all menu items and applications.
· Ensure all employees are in proper uniforms – neat and clean.
· Ensure all areas of restaurant are clean to guarantee a “perfect dining experience.”
· Ensure all employees are knowledgeable of every product and menu make-up of each item.
· Ensure all employees are able to provide exceptional customer service.
