Zantech is looking for a talented Program Analyst to contribute to the success of our upcoming Service Delivery & Resource Allocation Management Support project for an onsite role based out of Arlington, VA.

The Program Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the following:

• General support to Office Director, Deputy Director, Deputy Program Directors, ADPM, and Program Managers
• Financial support including budget tracking and acquisition document coordination
• Tasker and action item coordination
• Administrative functions including IT coordination, visitor management, file structure maintenance, and briefing support
• Preparation of briefings, reports, and communications up to TS/SCI level

The Program Analyst provides broad business operations and program support across ACO's financial, administrative, and programmatic functions. This generalist role fills critical gaps in day-to-day operations — from budget and acquisition document coordination to meeting management, briefing development, and stakeholder communications. Candidates must demonstrate competency in at least two of the five core support domains (financial/budgeting, acquisition documentation, meeting/event coordination, DoD policy knowledge, or multi-stakeholder communication).

Designated Impact:

The Program Analyst Serves as a flexible operational resource across the team; this position must be comfortable shifting priorities rapidly across task areas.

Responsibilities include, but will not be limited to:

• Support financial milestone tracking, budget maintenance, and acquisition document preparation as assigned
• Coordinate meeting logistics, prepare read-ahead materials, and manage action items from ACO leadership meetings
• Assist in preparation of briefings, reports, and communication documents up to TS/SCI level
• Support 100% on-time completion of assigned taskers/drills/exercises; assist with tracking across the broader team
• Provide programmatic input to trip reports, program summaries, and review briefings as directed
• Maintain file structures on classified and unclassified systems; support quarterly document reviews
• Coordinate IT requests and visitor management support as needed
• Assist with DARPA-sponsored event logistics including conferences, off-sites, and technology demonstrations

Required Experience or Knowledge of the following technologies/functions:

• Minimum 4 years in a program analysis or business operations role, preferably in an R&D or DoD environment
• Experience in at least two of:
• (A) developing and maintaining financial budgets/tracking financial milestones
• (B) creating and coordinating acquisition documents
• (C) organizing meetings and developing briefings for technical and non-technical audiences
• (D) knowledge of DoD/DARPA policies and regulations
• (E) multi-stakeholder communication and project management
• Experience supporting senior government personnel in a fast-paced DoD environment
• Ability to prepare documents and briefings up to TS/SCI level
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project, and classified systems (SIPRNet/JWICS)
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to deal with conflicts and diverse stakeholders

Required Education/Certifications:

• Education Required
• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Education Preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a technical field
• Preferred Certifications
• DAU program management coursework
• PMP or CAPM

Required Security Clearance:

• US Citizenship required
• Must possess and Active US Top Secret (TS); must be eligible for SCI access
