Zantech is looking for a talented Senior Business Analyst / Transformation Lead to contribute to the success of our upcoming Enterprise Business Transformation project in a Hybrid role based out of the Washington DC Metro area.
The Senior Business Analyst / Transformation Lead play a crucial role in:
- Core Grants Business Capability Requirements (PRIMARY)
- Current State Assessment
- Requirements Development
- Product Management Support (0.3 FTE)
Summary:
The Senior Business Analyst / Transformation Lead -will play a crucial role in defining core grants business capabilities, target operating model, product architecture for Federal Government, HHS, partner agencies. Leads business process reengineering (proven DIBS A rated BPR). Translates mission needs into standardized, modular business services. Provides requirements engineering, user story development, fit/gap analysis. Supports product management activities including KPI tracking.
Required Experience or Knowledge of the following technologies/functions:
- 8 years business analysis
- 5 years Federal systems
- 3 years business process reengineering
- Requirements engineering - elicitation, analysis, documentation, traceability
- Business process modeling - BPMN, as-is/to-be, process improvement
- Grants lifecycle expertise - pre-award through closeout
- User story writing, acceptance criteria, fit/gap analysis
- Stakeholder facilitation, product management support
Preferred Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Public Admin
- CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred
Required Security Clearance:
- US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret trust or higher clearance, per contract requirements.
