Zantech is looking for a talented Agile Delivery & Implementation Lead to contribute to the success of our upcoming Enterprise Business Transformation project in a Hybrid role based out of the Washington DC Metro area.
The Agile Delivery & Implementation Lead will play a crucial role in:
- Implementation/Integration/QA Support - CI/CD & METHODOLOGY (PRIMARY)
- Multi-vendor coordination
- Cost optimization analysis
Summary:
The Agile Delivery & Implementation Lead will play a crucial role in guiding modern software development and Agile practices across multi-vendor environment. Establishes CI/CD automation standards, facilitates sprint planning, coordinates Program Increment delivery. Reduces Epic development time through proven Agile expertise (DIBS experience). SECONDARY: AWS cloud cost optimization supporting 30% O&M reduction goal.
Required Experience or Knowledge of the following technologies/functions:
- 10 years solution architecture
- 7 years Agile coaching/delivery
- 5 years Federal Agile programs
- 3 years multi-vendor coordination
- Expert Agile - Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, sprint facilitation
- CI/CD pipelines - Jenkins, GitLab, automated testing
- DevSecOps practices, automation standards
- Multi-vendor PI planning and coordination
- AWS cost optimization, FinOps principles
Preferred Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor's IT/Business
- CSM/CSP, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent Preferred
Required Security Clearance:
- US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret trust or higher clearance, per contract requirements.
