Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital and social media marketing strategies aligned with company goals
- Optimize company pages and maintain branding across all social media platforms for two brand subsets
- Manage daily social media engagement, including responding to comments, messages, and inquiries
- Create and maintain editorial calendars and publishing schedules
- Plan and implement digital campaigns incorporating SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and paid ads
- Monitor and analyze KPIs, social media metrics, and industry trends to refine performance
- Develop creative marketing copy for social media posts, digital ads, email newsletters, and website content
- Design and support the production of marketing materials such as brochures, digital graphics, and promotional flyers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency across marketing efforts
- Stay up-to-date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices to maintain cutting-edge strategies
- Proactively book interviews and maintain a steady calendar of weekly media appearances, ensuring consistent visibility and engagement
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years in digital marketing, social media management, or related roles
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Deep knowledge of platforms especially Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and Facebook
- Familiarity with SEO best practices, web analytics tools, and social media KPIs
- Strong skills in content creation, copywriting, and visual storytelling
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple campaigns at once
- Experience conducting audience and buyer persona research to drive engagement
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Proven ability to think creatively and translate ideas into engaging content tailored to different platforms and audiences.
- Experience using CRM systems or digital marketing databases preferred
