What are the responsibilities and job description for the Junior Videographer/Video Editor position at Zang Enterprises?
We are seeking a talented Junior Videographer to join our team and work on all aspects of in-house video production, from pre-production planning through post-production editing. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player who will assist in creating engaging videos that drive lead conversions and foster our global community.
Important: This position is onsite in Phoenix, AZ and is not open to contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Film, edit, and deliver video & photography projects
- Create engaging concepts for brand videos and series
- Assist in live and recorded video shoots, including interviews and b-roll capture
- Repurpose audio for videos and podcasts
- Prepare and upload videos for YouTube and other online platforms
- Manage and archive video projects
- Maintain video, audio, and editing equipment
- Collaborate with the social media team on content development and posting
- Assist in livestream production and virtual events, ensuring smooth technical execution
- Create branded graphics, lower thirds, and motion elements to enhance video storytelling
- Stay current with social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform-specific best practices
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of videography, editing, filming techniques, and related tools
- Experience with YouTube, Final Cut Pro, and Photoshop
- Proficiency in social media platforms (YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Strong conceptual and creative thinking skills
- Ability to take direction, make critical decisions, and work well in a team environment
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Experience with virtual communication streaming tools (e.g., StreamYard, Zoom)
