Duties
- Manage greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with friendly professionalism
- Operate phone systems, handle incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette, and route inquiries efficiently
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Adobe PDF and QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial tasks
- Organize and file documents systematically, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with company policies
- Support office management activities including calendar management, scheduling appointments.
- Assist with clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, preparing correspondence, and managing office supplies
Qualifications
- Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, Adobe and basic computer literacy
- Prior experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is preferred but not required
- Strong typing skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Personal assistant or office management experience is highly desirable
