- Full-time Realtors with an active license in Utah with at least 1 year of experience
- Bandwidth and willingness to work with Zander-provided leads with a strong work ethic who have their own book of Sphere of Influence (SOI) business
- Self-starters with a growth mindset who value coaching, accountability, and community
- Tech-savvy professionals who enjoy working smart with automated systems and proven tools
- Leads that work for you: Tap into a steady pipeline of high-quality leads across all stages — from long-term nurtures to ready-to-act buyers and sellers. You’ll have access to open house opportunities, automated follow-up systems, and the marketing power to both convert and attract new business.
- Coaching Real Support: Through daily huddles, team masterminds, and personalized coaching, we help you grow with confidence. Our agents collaborate without ego and share what works, so no one is left figuring it out alone.
- Transaction Team That Has Your Back: You handle the relationships — we’ll handle the paperwork. Our transaction admin team manages the entire back-end process, from compliance and documentation to timelines and coordination, so you can stay focused on selling and serving.
