We’re Hiring: Part-Time Operations Assistant (Zamzam Services)
Zamzam Services is a growing short-term rental company managing furnished apartments across New Jersey, Brooklyn, and Manhattan. We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Operations Assistant to support day-to-day operations.
Role Details
- $18/hour
- Part-time (2–3 days per week)
- Flexible schedule (mix of office on-site work)
What You’ll Do
- Update and manage our CRM (leases, tenant info, bookings)
- Assist with lease coordination and documentation
- Run occasional business-related errands
- Inspect apartments to ensure quality and readiness
- Support general operations as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Organized and dependable
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently
- Based in or near North Jersey / NYC
- Interest in real estate, hospitality, or startups is a plus
