The Role
We are hiring an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry-Level Marketing Coordinator to manage content creation for a diverse client portfolio. This position is 15 hours per week and requires a high level of independence and creative execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Visual & Video Content Production: Independently design and edit high-quality social media graphics, photos, and videos that align with specific client brand guidelines.
- Content Strategy Support: Assist in developing monthly content calendars and ensuring all visual assets are delivered on time. Staying up to date on trending content.
- Copywriting & Voice: Write and finalize engaging captions, adapting voice and tone for various platforms and industries.
- On-Site Assistance: Provide high-level assistance during on-location photography or videography shoots.
- Performance Tracking: Assist in gathering data on post engagement and key performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of proven experience in marketing, social media management, or content creation.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Media, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in design and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva Pro, CapCut, etc.) and a strong portfolio demonstrating visual design skills.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to manage deadlines for multiple clients simultaneously.
- Hours: Must be able to consistently commit to 15 hours per week.
Compensation: $16.00 - $19.00/hour (Based on experience)
