Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Fort Myers, FL. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting jewelry, watches, and related services, providing excellent customer service, handling transactions, maintaining store appearance, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Associate will also ensure product knowledge and inventory control, as well as support promotional activities and events to enhance customer experience.
Qualifications
- Customer service and sales skills
- Product knowledge in jewelry and watches, and inventory management
- Cash handling, transactional skills, and point of sale systems expertise
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Previous retail or sales experience is a plus
