Position: Marketing Director (Remote, Full-Time)
Zakarian Hospitality is seeking an experienced, results-driven Marketing Director to lead marketing across consumer products, publishing, e-commerce, digital platforms, and hospitality. The ideal candidate is a creative marketer with strong expertise in social media, influencer marketing, digital advertising, ecommerce, and brand management -- ideally with premium lifestyle or retail brands. Experience launching CPG brands/products would be a big plus! The role involves a broad range of marketing responsibilities and some external partner agency management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic marketing programs across the business.
- Oversee content development and monetization for social media.
- Build and manage influencer and affiliate programs.
- Manage email marketing campaigns and grow subscribers and engagement.
- Drive e-commerce growth and oversee DTC initiatives.
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches (i.e., food and books).
- Assist in the creation of an updated brand guide, cohesive visual identity, and creative assets for product development.
Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in marketing, with a strong foundation in all areas of digital marketing.
- ideally with a focus on consumer products, lifestyle, and/or retail.
- Proven ability to grow brands and drive revenue through digital marketing, social media, and influencer partnerships.
- Strong writing and other communication skills.
- Passion for food, hospitality, media, and/or lifestyle brands are a plus.
- Experience with Shopify would be a plus.
