Landscape Installation Enhancements Crew Member Qualifications:
- Valid Driver’s License and be insurable to drive company vehicles with reliable transportation required
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-2 years of previous residential landscape and/or commercial landscape experience preferred
- Ability to lift 75 pounds without assistance
- Physically able to handle the workload of a construction install laborer and have full range of mobility in upper and lower body

Pay Range: $19.00 - $21.50/hour (depending on performance and experience)

Landscape Installation Enhancements Crew Member Position description:
The Landscape Installation Enhancements Crew Member must be thoroughly familiar with all aspects of landscape installation to include operating equipment, demolition, site and soil prep, grading, planting all materials, interfacing with clients, utilizing their general knowledge of installation of different landscape elements, etc. This position requires minimal supervision while working in a safe manner. The Enhancements Crew Member is an integral part of the Zak George Landscaping team as they lead crews that improve the functional or aesthetic value of a property.
Landscape Installation Enhancements Crew Member Requirements:
- Reports to work on time and works full shifts, Monday – Friday with some Saturdays required
- Is able to communicate and interact with supervisors, peers, crew members, clients, subcontractors, architects, etc. and in the public in a professional manner
- Is a willing learner who seeks to master the basic/advanced skills of landscape construction and installation to include the ability to read and understand landscape drawings and plans
- Willing to work in all weather conditions as job requires
- Assists in snow clearing services
