- Editing a variety of video content for online courses, recordings, and external promotional purposes, ensuring high-quality production that aligns with the university's standards and brand guidelines.
- Collaborating with team members such as instructional designers and course development managers to define video implementation and create storyboards.
- Handling all technical aspects of video editing, including data management, transcoding, syncing audio, color grading and sound mixing.
- Coordinating post-production workflows and proactively troubleshooting any issues while maximizing efficiency and quality.
- Innovating creative strategies to enhance student engagement and learning through the use of interactive and immersive video resources.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Film, Multimedia, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
- Understanding of digital videography and photography tools and principles, with a creative eye for storytelling.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under deadline.
- Proficient in balancing sound levels and polishing audio for final video production.
- Experience in color grading and a solid understanding of color theory and techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to take feedback and iterate on work product.
