Email & SMS Marketing Specialist

Mophie is a leading innovator in mobile power solutions, dedicated to providing high-quality, reliable products that keep consumers connected on the go. We are seeking a talented and motivated Email amp; SMS Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team in Midvale, UT.

As an Email amp; SMS Marketing Specialist at Mophie, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing our email and SMS marketing campaigns. You will play a key role in driving customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth through targeted and personalized messaging strategies.

• Develop, implement, and manage email and SMS marketing campaigns that align with Mophie’s brand and business goals.
• Create compelling and personalized content for email and SMS communications to engage customers and drive conversions.
• Segment audiences and utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and targeting.
• Monitor and analyze campaign metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, product, and sales to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
• Manage and maintain email and SMS marketing platforms, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
• Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in email and SMS marketing.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in email and SMS marketing, preferably in retail or consumer electronics.
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and SMS marketing tools.
• Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and automation strategies.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools to measure campaign performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Knowledge of CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and other relevant compliance regulations.
