DTC Growth Marketing Manager (Contract)
ZAGG is seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled Growth Marketing Manager to spearhead our growth strategy for our owned e-commerce channels. This cross-functional role requires expertise in demand generation, data-driven campaign management, and collaborative leadership across product, marketing, and analytics teams.
Reporting to ZAGG’s Head of Growth Marketing & Analytics as part of our fast-growing Digital team, you will play a crucial role in helping manage and optimize our direct-to-consumer channels, including e-commerce platforms, digital marketing campaigns, CRO and landing page initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage creative processes and projects ensuring timely asset generation, trafficking and day to day management
- Manage daily reporting, and provide recommendations for optimization of campaign performance through rigorous data analysis, testing, and ROI measurement
- Partner with lifecycle team to align on growth initiatives and lead generation strategies
- Develop, lead, and execute performance marketing strategies across paid and owned channels to drive towards financial goals
- Maintain and develop reporting and support management of marketing technology stack and leverage automation to maximize efficiency and campaign impact
- Monitor industry benchmarks, market trends, and the competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 2 years of experience in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing in DTC e-commerce
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling multi-channel digital campaigns
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta
- Proficiency in digital analytics, A/B testing, audience segmentation, and martech tools (CRM, automation, attribution).
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment
