Starting Pay: From $16.00/hr (Higher Base for Repair-Trained Candidates) Commission and Monthly Spiff

We’re currently seeking responsible, outgoing, and sales-driven individuals to join our team at our Arrowhead Towne Center location in Glendale, AZ. If you’re ready to grow with us and get in on the ground floor of an expanding business, we’d love to meet you.
What You'll Do:
- Sales First: Actively engage customers and prioritize selling ZAGG products and services
- Diagnose and repair mobile devices, including Android and iOS platforms.
- Provide technical support to customers in a retail environment, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Open and close the store (depending on your shift)
- Help customers find the right accessories and screen protectors for their devices
- Partner and communicate with team members from major mobile carriers (Apple, Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, etc.)
- Perform screen protector installations and, if trained, repairs on mobile devices
- Keep inventory accurate through regular counts
- Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready kiosk
- Stay up-to-date on the latest products and industry trends
- Report performance and provide feedback to store leadership
