WHAT YOU'LL DO
Social Media & Content Execution
- Write captions, copy, and creative briefs for assigned client accounts
- Schedule and post content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Maintain content calendars and ensure all posting deadlines are met
- Contribute ideas for campaigns, content series, and creative activations
Client & Account Management
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned accounts
- Communicate approvals, feedback, and status updates clearly and promptly
- Prepare meeting agendas, recap notes, and status reports
- Anticipate client needs and flag issues before they become problems
Project Coordination
- Track deliverables, timelines, and approvals across multiple clients simultaneously
- Upload and organize assets, tasks, and updates in Trello
- Coordinate with the creative team and provide clear scopes of work and briefs
- Support logistics for shoot days, events, and client activations
- Keep project management systems current so nothing gets missed
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in a marketing, agency, or communications role
- Strong writing skills — you can craft a caption that converts and a brief that gets results
- Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple accounts at once
- Proficiency with Trello, Google Workspace, and social media platforms
- Confident communicator — internally with the team and externally with clients
- A bias toward action: you follow up, you close loops, you don't wait to be told twice
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in an advertising or creative agency environment
- Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with influencer coordination, shoot production, or event support
- Eye for design and an understanding of what makes content perform
- Interest in growing into an Account Manager or Integrated Strategy role
