Your New Role
- Serve as the on site superintendent for commercial construction projects in Moab, Utah and surrounding areas
- Oversee daily job site operations and coordinate all phases of construction
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, materials, and inspections
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain job site compliance
- Maintain accurate project documentation using construction management software
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and inspectors
- Identify challenges early and implement solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budget

Job requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a superintendent on ground up commercial construction projects
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
- Proven leadership and communication skills in a construction environment
- Experience with construction management software such as Procore or Buildertrend
- FieldWire experience is a plus
- Working knowledge of construction safety standards and job site compliance
- OSHA certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Degree in Construction Management preferred but not required
