Your New Role
- Serve as the on-site superintendent for commercial construction projects in Farmington, UT and surrounding areas
- Oversee daily job site operations and coordinate all construction activities
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, materials, and inspections
- Enforce safety standards and maintain accurate project documentation
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and inspectors
- Identify and resolve issues quickly to keep projects on schedule and within budget

Job requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a superintendent on ground-up commercial construction projects
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
- Proven leadership and communication skills in a construction environment
- Experience with construction management software such as Procore or Buildertrend; FieldWire experience is a plus
- Working knowledge of construction safety standards and job site compliance
- OSHA certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Degree in Construction Management preferred but not required
