In this role, you will manage customer payment activity, ensure the accuracy of receivables in NetSuite, and maintain thorough documentation to support internal controls. You’ll play a key part in daily cash application, aging review, reconciliations, month-end close, and audit preparation.If you’re a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys digging into the details, we’d love to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesRecord and apply customer payments (ACH, wire, credit card, check) in NetSuite. Reconcile daily Stripe and credit card settlement activity. Assist with bank reconciliations related to customer deposits, daily cash activity, and AR-linked transactions.Maintain AR aging schedules; research and resolve unapplied cash, short payments, and on-account credits.Monitor Accounts Receivable balances and communicate with customers to resolve outstanding issues.Manage B2B reconciliation with vendors on a weekly basis.Support month-end close by reconciling the AR subledger to the general ledger.Assist with intercompany receivable reconciliations.Maintain a strong understanding of assigned general ledger areas.Support monthly and year-end close by gathering documentation and organizing files.Track renewals, business permits, licenses, and trademarks assigned.Identify and recommend process improvements for greater accuracy and efficiency.Support financial statement audits, prepare schedules, and compile audit support.Complete special projects as neededRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.Familiarity with GAAP; knowledge of IFRS is a plus.Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience.Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and OutlookExperience with NetSuite or other ERP systems preferred.Strong mathematical and analytical skills.Exceptional attention to detail.Demonstrated discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality.Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.Core Hours Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm Compensation: 55K-65KApplyThrough our Careers page: https://www.zachys.com/careersZachys provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
