The primary functions of this position are to deliver a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers while supporting the daily employment office functions. Responsible for onboarding new employment candidates including but not limited to conducting pre-employment health screens, preparing new hire packets, handling applicant walk ins, scheduling candidates to process, compliance related items forms

Responsibilities

Position Responsibilities:

• Provides customer service to employment candidates that includes but not limited to assisting candidates with job application and hiring processes.
• Administrative duties including data entry, answering phones, taking messages, filing, etc.
• Performs activities, and updates requisitions as related to the hiring process (background checks, drug screen, health screen, I9 compliance, E-verify compliance, employment paperwork, site specific requirements)
• Review completed hire packets for accuracy and compliance with company and legal requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  
  

Qualifications

Essential Skills, Knowledge, Abilities and Experience:   

• Technical skill with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint , etc.)
• Ability to quickly learn Tracking Management System.
• Excellent people skills including collaboration, communication.
• High level of customer service.
• Attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years Customer Service experience.
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:       

• Knowledge of employment laws/compliance
• Prior experience in: Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Construction and/or Nuclear Industries
  
  
  

Physical Requirements:

• Work will be in a general office environment with occasional work in an industrial location.
• Employee will be required to adhere to large amounts of standing, walking, bending, squatting, sitting and lifting.
• May be required to pick up, lift, carry and move up to 50lbs.
