Responsibilities
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and validate project and owner reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
- Lead schedule update meetings and represent construction plans.
- Perform schedule updates, logic re-application, and resource distribution.
- Analyze resource requirements and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor schedule health indicators and execution adherence.
- Conduct quality checks (e.g., open ends, float, Acumen Fuse).
- Balance earned hours between earned value systems and schedules.
- Mentor junior schedulers and support their development.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of industry experience, or 6 years of relevant industry experience.
- Minimum 5 years in scheduling or project controls.
- Proficient in scheduling software (Primavera P6).
- Familiarity with earned value reporting and histogram interpretation.
- Understanding of intermediate CPM principles.
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Scheduling Software (Primavera, Oracle)
- CMIS, Acumen Fuse, Qtrax
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Employee will be required to adhere to large amounts of sitting and working on a computer
- May be required to lift, carry and move up to 25 lbs.
