WORK ENVIRONMENT
Employee will work in multiple environments including an office, warehouse and in a trailer or building on construction sites. On construction sites, noise levels will be moderate to high. Job sites may contain the following: light to heavy equipment vehicles, small to large equipment, materials, communication equipment and tools, people standing, walking, sitting, signaling, and talking. Noise levels vary and may include bells, whistles, and alarms.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Serve as a Heat and Mass Balance Lead to develop HMB on Combined Cycle Power Projects
- Provide strong leadership to help develop scope documents during the early phases of project development
- Interface with the Owner to help define scope and develop scopes of work for proposal packages
- Interface with internal resources to Prepare equipment inquiry/RFQ packages.
- Perform equipment technical bid evaluations and prepare recommendations.
- Review equipment vendor documents for compliance to project specifications and industry standards.
- Develop job notes and technical scopes of work.
- Prepare man-hour estimates for proposals.
- Attend Client, Vendor, and Internal Team meetings.
- Present technical information to peers or other personnel for review, to implement operating procedures, and resolve system malfunctions.
- Independently evaluate, select, and apply standard engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria using judgment in making minor adaptations and modifications.
- Provide specific to discipline technical expertise to the degree of preparing and providing training for other personnel; both within the company and for the customer.
- May supervise, coordinate, and review work of a small staff of engineers or technicians on assigned work.
- As a Licensed Professional Engineer, seals and signs all documentation produced by own work. May also seal and sign work done by engineers under direct supervision.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in a mechanical, or related engineering discipline
- 15 minimum years of experience in the Power, Diversified, Food and Beverage, Pharmaceutical, Oil and Energy, Chemical Industry
- Strong background in the development of HMB for Combined Cycle Projects
- Knowledge of Performance Gaurantees including emissions compliance
- Experience in the specification of fixed and rotating equipment including STG, CTG, and HRSG
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with Clients early in the project cycle
- Must maintain active status in a drug and/or alcohol testing consortium
- Full and ongoing compliance with and adherence to all vaccination requirements, as may be established by the company from time to time or by or for a particular job site.
- Licensed Professional Engineer
- Experience in the EPC Power business
- Experience Utilizing the Thermoflow suite of Software Tools to develop HMB and TIC estimates
