About the Role
The Zachry Group is seeking a skilled Millwright and Maintenance Professional to join our team. This role requires a high level of expertise in the installation, maintenance, and repair of complex industrial machinery.
Responsibilities
- Install, assemble, dismantle, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair heavy equipment such as turbines, generators, and conveyors.
- Work on construction projects involving heat recovery exchange generators (HRSG), gas and steam turbines, and other industrial machinery.
- Plan, inspect, verify, and document scope of work.
Requirements
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in industrial construction/maintenance.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Millwright in Power Generation Plants.
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to work 7 days a week as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- National Center for Construction Education and Research's (NCCER) Certification for Journeyman Industrial Millwright.
- Zachry ROF'ed employee or former Zachry Employee.
Working Conditions
- Employee must adhere to large amounts of standing, walking, bending, squatting, and lifting.
- May require working at heights, climbing ladders and stairways, and working off platforms.
