Demonstrates professional and ethical behavior in all business relationships. Individual will perform other duties as assigned.

Document Control (80%)
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education Required: High School Diploma. Additional and relevant education in business administration or a related field is a plus.
Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years of job-related experience in document control or administrative support.
Experience Preferred: Experience in an engineering environment. Experience with Aconex Software.

Document Control (80%)
- Use and maintain company databases (Oracle Aconex, internal drives, document logs) for project filing systems and databases.
- Receive, process, monitor, and expedite internal and external distribution of engineering and supplier documentation.
- Participate in document review processes and ensure compliance with project procedures.
- Operate reprographics and general office equipment to support documentation needs.
- Ensure consistent use of standardized company formats and procedures.
- Provide clerical and technical support including compiling and arranging data, running reports, and processing documents.
- Assist engineers and staff with document composition, editing, and production.
- Maintain comprehensive records and files, including electronic file structures.
- Support marketing-related activities such as preparing for conferences, trade shows, and internal events.
- Coordinate purchasing and inventory of office supplies and document assembly materials.
- Arrange travel and support scheduling needs for staff.
