The Craft Coordinator will be working with the Project Directorate supporting administrative functions. The position will assist and report to Project Management onsite on daily tasks supporting various project needs and functions.

Employee will work in multiple environments including an office, and/or trailer or building on construction sites. On construction sites noise levels will be moderate to high. Job site will contain: light to heavy equipment vehicles, small to large equipment, materials, communication equipment and tools, people standing, walking, sitting, signaling and talking, bells whistles and alarms. Weather conditions ranging from warm/hot – cool/cold and rain. Noise levels will be moderate to high.

Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Will receive written, verbal, and electronic requests for information
- Maintain Workbook for Fuel, Hours/Usage, Budget, Equipment Records, Source Equipment, and all other tasks pertaining to all documentation on maintaining a fleet of equipment.
- Will receive both physical and electronic documents.
- Will create official business memorandums and letters.
- Will print and issue documents to approved requestors.
- Will communicate with and submit requests to various departments in regards to the requested information.
- Will use various computer programs in receiving and tracking documents, and will work with various types of printers in creating hard copies per requests.
Required Qualifications:
- High school degree.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Dependable, punctual and excellent attendance.
- High attention to detail.
- Organization and time management.
- Must have good problem-solving abilities.
- Good reading comprehension.
- Effective verbal and written communication skill: ability to communicate with different levels of the organization including the client.
- Ability to work with others – team player including good communication skills with co-workers and supervisors.
- Ability to build effective relationships.
- Field knowledge.
- Must be computer literate in these areas – including but not limited to (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Outlook experience also preferred.
- Current Zachry or Zachry ROF’ed employee.
- Previous experience in a construction project Administrative Role.
- Previous experience working with operations or equivalent positions.
- Formal/Technical education.
- Employee will be required to adhere to large amounts of sitting and working on a computer.
- Will talk and hear to communicate.
- Will use arms and hands to signal, grab, hold, turn, push and pull: objects, materials, controls and tools.
- May be required to lift, carry and move up to 35lbs.
- Position may occasionally be required to spend time on the construction site and will nee to have the ability to walk and climb in various outdoor conditions.
- Will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) including but not limited to: hard hat, safety glasses/goggles, ear plugs/muffs, masks/respirators, safety vests, gloves and leather boots.
