Responsible for physical and electronic documents as well as creating official business memorandums and letters to support construction operations. This position will be Responsible for running reports, and entering, and issuing receipts. May work various hours as needed.

Responsibilities

- Know and understand all related Safety Documents.
- Office Filling/Scanning - Log training documents into a cyborg, training matrix, Feith, ASAP.
- Verification of documents associated with training permits and audits.
- Schedule crane medical examinations, compliance Training,
- Sharing weekly/monthly training schedules.
- Notify FEDEX when specimen samples are ready for pick up.
- Sharing daily weather updates/ lightning alerts.
- Tracking safety programs
- Office/First Aid Supplies orders through Oracle.
- Attend supervisor meetings/safety committee meetings as a note-taker and share notes.
- Other duties may be assigned.

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous professional work experience in a clerical or administrative position
- Able to work varying hours as required to support construction operations
- Good interpersonal skills
- Data Entry Accuracy

- Dependable, punctual, and excellent attendance
- High attention to detail
- Organization and time management
- Must have good problem-solving abilities
- Good Reading Comprehension

- Must be computer literate in these areas (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Outlook experience is also preferred, including the use of e-mails, group messaging, and data collection
- Current or Former Zachry employee
- 6 months of experience in fieldwork
- Associates Degree
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- This position does not have any positions reporting to it.
- The employee will be required to communicate in person, via telephone, email, use arm/hand steadiness, manual dexterity, finger dexterity, multi-limb coordination, oral expression, and comprehension.
- Position assignment will be based on construction sites and industrial facilities requiring mobility (on the ground and at heights)
- Ability to work alone and with others including engineering, suppliers, and customers.
- May be required to pick up, lift, carry, and move up to 10 lbs.
- Occasionally be required to spend time on the construction site and will need to have the ability to walk and climb various outdoor conditions.
- Will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) including but not limited to a hard hat, safety glasses/goggles, earplugs, masks/respirators, hi-vis safety vests, leather gloves, and leather steel-toed work boots.
