Job Summary

The Paver Operator will be responsible for properly operating the paver on our project.

Essential Functions

• The paving operator will be responsible for concrete paving throughout the project
• Able to recognize hazardous conditions
• Follow all required company and general safety rules, policies, and guidelines
• The above-listed duties may require long periods of sitting, walking, and standing
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• At least 2 years of previous paver operator experience
• General operator skills
• Knowledge of operating a paver
• Other heavy equipment experience preferred: backhoe, loader, dozer, etc.
• Valid driver's license
• Physical ability to perform assigned tasks
• Physical ability to walk on uneven terrain
• Must be able to climb the equipment’s ladder to reach the operator's seat
• Must be flexible for Days/Nights/Weekend Shifts
