Zacho Sports Center is looking for an enthusiastic and personable Marine Service Advisor to join our team. As the primary point of contact for customers seeking marine service and repairs, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role involves coordinating service appointments, managing customer communications, and promoting additional services and products to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. This is a great opportunity to join Western Wisconsin’s largest and most trusted marine dealerships with brands including Lund, Crestliner, Bennington, StarCraft, HewesCraft, and MasterCraft.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and quote service estimates (mechanical and body).
- Schedule estimates and repairs
- Ensure each customer receives professional and courteous treatment during their service visit.
- Coordinate work through warranty repair orders, customer pay repair orders, and sales department repair orders.
- Spot check units to ensure quality and completeness of the service work performed by the technician.
- Maintain a safe work environment for service employees.
- Review daily, monthly, and yearly goals.
- Maintain all service records for work that has been performed.
- Follow up and communicate with customers and dealership personnel regarding work being completed.
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Wisconsin drivers license
- Must be over the age of 18
- Strong communication skills
- Organized and detail oriented
- Reliable, trustworthy, and have a strong work ethic
- Great attitude
