2 Shift Options (Onsite Work in Arlington, VA):
- Monday-Friday: 8:00AM-4:00PM EST
- Tuesday-Saturday: 7:00AM-3:00PM EST
- Provide Tier 2 IT support for end users and VIPs
- Troubleshoot various hardware and software issues using Cisco, Palo Alto, and Microsoft tools
- Troubleshoot, test, analyze, and maintain various network systems such as LAN, WAN, and Internet systems
- Perform Active Directory user account administration and password resets
- Manage and resolve incident support tickets in BMC Remedy and ServiceNow
- Answer questions for users via phone, email, live chat, and instant message
- Must have an Active DoD Secret or TS Clearance
- Must have a CompTIA Security Certification or equivalent/higher level certification
- Must have experience working in a DoD/Military environment
- 2-3 years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, Network Administration, and/or Mobile Device Management
- Experience providing technical support for software applications, mobile devices, hardware, and network systems
- Experience using some or most of the following systems: BMC Remedy, ServiceNow, Active Directory, SharePoint, Windows 10, Cisco Routers/Switches, Palo Alto, Intune, Purebred, Adobe, etc.
- Salary Range: $34.62/hr
