Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Secret or Top Secret Cleared Program Manager-SME to provide the government customer with actionable information, advice, opinions, alternatives, analyses, evaluations, and processes to eliminate waste, to standardize best practices and reduce cycle times/cost of doing business to optimize acquisition support to the SSC/CG directorate. This is a hybrid/remote role based out of Peterson AFB in Colorado Springs, CO.

- Provide leadership and direction to the contractor team to ensure timely completion of taskers, responses to information requests, data call generation, document reviews, and acquisition reporting.
- Oversee and review tasker responses to verify programmatic and technical accuracy.
- Manage and direct research and analysis efforts to ensure results are thorough, reports are comprehensive, and reviews are conducted in alignment with the analysis milestone plan.
- Coordinate and ensure execution of all SSC/CG senior staff visits in accordance with established workflows, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and on time.
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or equivalent business-related discipline and 10 or more years of experience.
- Must have at minimum an active DoD Secret Clearance, Top Secret Clearance preferred.
- Ability to maintain a professional bearing in all meetings, briefings and discussions with senior staff
- Has an understanding of Milcom & PNT satellite and ground systems
- Master’s degree in business management, technical management, and/or engineering.
- Professional certifications (e.g., PMI PMP).
- 8 years’ experience managing aerospace programs for DoD customers
- Technical and analytic understanding of Milcom & PNT satellite and ground systems
- Pay Range: $140,000 - $180,000 (based on years of experience and education)
