NOC Technician (TS/SCI)

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking NOC Technicians to join a critical DoD program in Springfield, VA. The team is seeking network specialists to provide operations and maintenance and troubleshooting supporting to Security and Electronic Systems.

Clearance: TS/SCI required

Location: Springfield, VA (100% on-site)

Responsibilities of the NOC Technician:

• Continuously monitor application and network performance to identify potential issues.
• Review system alerts, validate incidents, and escalate unresolved problems to Tier 2 or higher support teams.
• Conduct initial troubleshooting, document findings thoroughly, and update the ticketing system accordingly.
• Ensure consistent operational coverage during assigned shifts.
• Prepare and distribute reports as required.
  
  

Qualifications of the NOC Technician:

• Top Secret/SCI clearance required
• Bachelors degree with 1 years of experience with network troubleshooting and administration
• Certifications: IAT II (Sec , Net , CySA , CCNA) desired
• Experience utilizing ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow, Remedy)
• Experience with Microsoft technologies and 365 environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to provide Tier 1 support to end-users
  
  

Compensation of the NOC Technician:

• Total compensation based on experience level - $90,000-$100,000
