Responsibilities of the Network Support Specialist:
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network devices
- Handle Tier 2 issues and perform troubleshooting
- Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimization strategies
- Perform packet captures, analyze firewall logs, and resolve network issues using diagnostic tools
- Manage and secure LAN/WAN environments
- 1 years of experience in network administration/operations or related field
- Hands on experience with LAN/WAN
- Experience working with electronic security devices (Intrusion Detection, IDS, Access Control, CCTV, etc.)
- Tier 2 troubleshooting/maintenance experience
- Must have an active TS/SCI clearance
- Salary: Between $80,000 - $105,000 annually based on years of experience
