Piper Companies is currently looking for an RNCase Manager to sit remotely. The RNCase Manager will join a well-known healthcare insurance carrier focused on improving patients’ experiences within the healthcare system. The RNCase Managerwill sit remotely and will be working with a North Carolina based team.
Responsibilities for the RNCase Manager include:
· Coordinate appropriate health services and care to select members
· Monitor and identify utilization patterns, and facilitate needed services for patients/members, providers, and procedures
· Conduct thorough evaluation of members’ health, provide education and support, and create cost-efficient care plans
· Investigate and review proposed care plans and ensure the selection of appropriate benefits
Qualifications for the RNCase Manager include:
· 3 years of direct clinical experience
· Prior Utilization and Quality Management/Outcomes experience
· Valid North Carolina RN licensure is required
· Proficient with computers, and word processing within Microsoft Office suite
Compensation for the RNCase Manager include:
· Salary Range: $50,000 - $75,000 based on professional experience
