Piper Companies is seeking a Head of Insurance and Legal to join an exceptional Cyber Security Services company. The Head of Insurance and Legal  will be responsible developing and nurturing strong client relationships, ensuring an exceptional experience throughout engagement with our client's consultancy. Leveraging your deep knowledge of cyber policies and procedures, particularly within digital forensics and incident response, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, guiding them through complex insurance and legal matters related to cyber security.

Responsibilities of the Head of Insurance and Legal:

• Foster and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for their insurance and legal needs within the cyber security realm.
• Provide expert guidance on cyber policies and procedures, specializing in digital forensics and incident response, to address clients' unique requirements and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Be a value driver and relationship manager who is eager to drive Business development activities through all things legal and network connections
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives, identify potential risks, and develop tailored solutions that mitigate those risks effectively.
• Ensure exceptional client experiences by providing prompt and efficient assistance, resolving any insurance or legal issues that may arise.
• Demonstrate technical expertise and business acumen to identify new opportunities for generating business and driving growth within its client base.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cyber security trends, insurance regulations, and legal developments, and share your knowledge with clients and the internal team.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in client relationship development and management, preferably within the cyber security industry.
• In-depth knowledge of cyber policies and procedures, with a strong focus on digital forensics and incident response.
• A strong background in insurance or legal fields related to cyber security, enabling you to effectively navigate complex insurance and legal matters.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build consensus across various stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and remotely while delivering exceptional results.
• Valid authorization to work remotely in the United States.

Compensation:

·      Salary: $250,000 Base // OTE $500,000
