Flute Instructor
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Flute Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in flute performance and teaching, with the ability to engage and motivate students. This role involves providing high-quality flute instruction to students as young as 7 years to adult and skill levels, from beginners to advanced player.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality flute instruction to students through private lessons.
- Teach students proper flute techniques, music theory, and performance skills.
- Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment.
- Prepare students for recitals.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
Qualifications:
- High-school Diploma or Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Music, with a specialization in Performance or Music Education.
- Proven experience as a flute instructor or relevant teaching role.
- Strong understanding of music theory and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching.
