Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest issues and potential entry points
- Apply appropriate pest control treatments using specialized tools and chemicals, following safety protocols
- Provide recommendations for ongoing pest prevention and maintenance to clients
- Operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and lawn care equipment to assist with treatment applications and property upkeep
- Drive company vehicles safely between job sites while maintaining a clean driving record
- Maintain detailed records of treatments performed, chemicals used, and client interactions
- Assist with landscaping or farming tasks as needed to support property health and aesthetics
Skills
- Strong knowledge of pest control methods, including the use of pesticides and baiting techniques
- Experience with lawn care, landscaping, farming or agriculture practices is highly desirable
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other equipment safely and effectively
- Excellent driving skills with a valid license for vehicle operation on various terrains
- Familiarity with land management practices or farming equipment is a plus
- Good communication skills to explain treatment plans clearly to clients
- Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions with energy and enthusiasm
