Zac Industrial Service & Government Services Division is seeking an experienced professional or subcontractor for a long-term government support project involving inspection, preventive maintenance, and operational support of an Aircraft Live Fire Trainer (AFTF) system at a U.S. military installation.
Position:Aircraft Live Fire Trainer (AFTF) Maintenance Specialist
Location: Eglin AFB, Florida
Contract Duration: Base Year 4 Option Years
Scope of Work:- Semi-annual inspections and preventive maintenance
- Winterization / de-winterization services
- Troubleshooting and operational support
- Safety inspections and reporting
- Technical documentation and Quality Control reporting
- Coordination with military personnel and field representatives
- 24/7 telephone and online technical support availability
The ideal candidate MUST have experience with one or more of the following:
- Aircraft Fire Training Facilities (AFTF)
- LPG / propane fueled industrial systems
- Industrial burner systems
- Fire training simulators
- Military maintenance contracts
- Preventive maintenance programs
- OSHA / confined space safety compliance
Experience working in compliance with:
- TO 35E1-2-13-1
- CFR / OSHA 1910.146
- AFOSH Standards
- Military / DoD maintenance background
- Experience working on government bases
- Ability to pass background checks and obtain base access
- Ability to prepare Quality Control Plans (QCP)
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Ability to travel if required
- Specialized tools and equipment experience preferred
