Overview
Z5 Temporary Inventory Associates are responsible for the daily ordering and replenishment of our customers’ medical supplies within the acute and non-acute settings. This role provides inventory management expertise designed to support an organization’s need to right-size inventory, improve efficiencies, streamline processes, and effect change management at the clinical department level.
Description
The Inventory Associate will be in a customer-facing role, acting as a liaison, providing product information, and resolving any emerging problems the customer account might face accurately and efficiently. There is a need to communicate clearly and to be an analytical person with confidence in troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
· Daily
· Build and right-size inventory shelving systems
· Label bins and shelves with RFID labels
· Asset location management and upkeep
· Manage customer relationships
· Receiving inventory against the purchase order
· Perform physical inventory
· Track missing inventory
· Right-sizing inventory (including consolidating, PAR level review, and SKU rationalization)
· Identify, find, pull, expiring and recalled products
Qualifications
· High school diploma or associate's degree, preferred.
· 1-3 years’ experience in inventory management, or healthcare, preferred.
· Strong verbal & written communication skills are essential.
· Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
· Customer service, problem-solving, and analytical skills required.
This role will require standing and walking for long periods, bending, and lifting to 40 pounds.
Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
Must be eligible for employment in the US.
