We’re hiring a full-time Machine Operator. Pay is based on experience and knowledge.
*SHOWING UP ON TIME EVERY DAY IS A MUST*

Schedule: *MUST HAVE TRANSPORTATION AND BE HERE ON TIME EVERYDAY*
- Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM–11:00 AM
- Pay: Based on experience, with fast increases for the right fit
* Responsibilities:
- Operate manual and CNC machines (lathe and mill)
- Change tools for each job and set up machines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Read and interpret technical drawings
- Convert fractions to decimals and understand measurement systems
- Follow safety and quality standards
✅ Requirements:
** MUST SHOW UP ON TIME EVERYDAY **
- Prior experience with lathes and mills
- Ability to read mechanical drawings
- Strong math and conversion skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
* Bonus Skills:
- CNC programming or setup
- Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, and precision tools
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.50 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
