Position Overview
Z-TECH Solutions is seeking highly professional, customer-focused Registrars to support Personal Identity Verification (PIV) card enrollment and credentialing services at the VA Headquarters in Washington, DC. These positions provide essential services to federal employees and contractors, ensuring compliance with federal credentialing standards and maintaining secure access across the agency.
Roles and Responsibilities
Registrar – PIV Registration Services
- Provide PIV card services including:
o Enrollment
o Fingerprinting
o Registration
o Sponsorship
o Issuance
- Support daily operations across 4 registration stations
- Process approximately 3,500 PIV cards per month
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all visitors and clients
- Perform administrative tasks to ensure accurate records and compliance with VA policies
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
