Job Summary

Duties
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners and order picker equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory control through regular stock counts and updates in the warehouse management system (WMS)
- Operate forklifts and/or other heavy machinery in accordance with OSHA safety standards to ensure safe materials handling
- Assist with shipping and receiving processes by verifying inbound and outbound shipments against documentation
- Support warehouse distribution activities by stocking shelves, organizing materials, and ensuring proper packaging of products
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment such as forklifts, cranes, and mechanical tools to ensure optimal operation and safety compliance
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to improve workflow efficiency and uphold inventory management best practices
Experience
- Previous warehouse experience or related manufacturing background preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate
- Hands-on experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, cranes, or order pickers is highly desirable
- Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations related to warehouse operations and heavy equipment use
- Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting basic issues with warehouse machinery and tools
- Proven ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and stock management
