Job Overview
We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Temporary Creative Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day functions of our Creative team. This temporary position has been established to assist with a maternity leave coverage within the company that will last approximately 6 to 8 months and may have an opportunity to transition into a permanent role. In this role, you will play a critical part in keeping projects and timelines running smoothly across multiple workstreams. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, streamline processes and support production needs from pre- to post-production.

Work Type: HYBRID, 4 Days In Office / Remote 1-2 Days
Position Duties / Responsibilities
This is a hybrid office-based role requiring frequent sitting, standing, and walking. The position requires continual use of computers and office equipment, finger and eyesight dexterity and occasional lifting of items over 10-25 pounds. Work is primarily conducted in an air-conditioned office environment or home office setting with occasional outside weather conditions.

$72,000 – $80,000 Annually
As required by applicable Pay Transparency laws, Z SUPPLY provides a range of compensation for roles that may be hired in locations under these requirements. To determine starting pay within the hiring range, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, role/level, a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, internal parity and other relevant factors. Flexibility outside of the salary range listed may be considered based on additional skills or qualifications a candidate may possess that may justify additional compensation. Position Duties / Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day workflow of the Creative team, ensuring projects stay organized and on track
- Manage weekly agendas, hot lists and creative feedback deadlines
- Maintain and organize files across DAM systems (Global Edit, Google Drive, and Frame.io )
- Ensure proper file management, naming conventions and version control
- Maintain and update project timelines and workflows in Asana
- Manage communication with external retouching, editing, and video production partners to ensure postproduction deliverables are reviewed and approved on time
- Oversee the completion of all creative assets for any GTM campaigns
- Distribute content to appropriate internal teams and end users
- Assist with content audits, asset clean-ups, and ongoing library maintenance
- Track post-production workflows including priority image selects
- 1-3 years of experience in creative operations, asset management, or a related role (apparel or fashion industry preferred)
- Understanding of the photography asset creation process
- Process-driven mindset with ideas for improving efficiency
- Knowledge of Google Drive, Global Edit, Frame.io , or other Digital Asset Management platforms
- Strong organizational skills and obsessive attention to detail
- Clear communicator who enjoys working cross-functionally
- Positive, hard-working, handles pressure with a “can-do” approach
- Asana, Click up, Basecamp, and/or other Project Management tool knowledge preferred
