Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Technician located in Fort Mitchell, KY. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repair of building systems and infrastructure. The role involves ensuring the operational efficiency and safety of all equipment and facilities within our properties. The technician will also be expected to respond quickly to maintenance requests and perform regular inspections to identify and resolve issues.
Qualifications
- Skills in Equipment Maintenance, Industrial Maintenance, and Maintenance & Repair
- Experience with Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and climbing
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- HVAC certification or other relevant technical certifications are a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training is preferred
