The right person’s success matters more than a rigid org chart.RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy services to a pediatric caseload
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans with clear, measurable goals
- Communicate proactively with families — including encouraging treatment plan compliance with confidence and care
- Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, behavioral therapists, and other clinical team members
- Contribute to a positive, energetic clinic culture that kids and families love to be part of
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation in compliance with state and payer requirements
- Mentor and support therapy team members as a lead clinician
REQUIREMENTS
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L with NBCOT) or Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT or PT license) in Louisiana
- Minimum 2 years of pediatric experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and the confidence to lead a caseload independently
- Excellent communication skills with kids, families, and clinical teammates
- A genuine passion for pediatric care — this matters more than any specialty cert
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
- Base salary: $80,000–$100,000 depending on experience
- Performance-based bonus structure — you grow your schedule, you grow your income
- Full-time schedule: Monday–Thursday with one Friday per month
- Flexible on specific daily hours for the right candidate
