We are seeking an Office Admin to join us at Z Mill Inc. This role is essential for ensuring smooth office operations and providing outstanding support to our customers. This is an in office role, no remote positions available.
Responsibilities
· Perform accounting tasks accurately and efficiently.
· Assist with parts and inventory.
· Provide excellent customer support via phone and in-person interactions.
· Handle customer inquiries.
· Support office management and sales team for after sales.
· Special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
· 2 Years of Accounting Experience is required.
· Inventory Experience is required.
· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
· Ability to multitask.
· Excellent customer service and people skills.
· Microsoft experience.
· Strong computer skills.
· Ability to work both independently and as a team.
