About the Role
Z&G Strategic Solutions is seeking a Retail Sales and Marketing Representative to join our retail sales and marketing team. This position is focused on engaging with customers face-to-face, representing our national brand partner, and helping drive awareness through direct outreach. This is a fully on-site position.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent client products and services through in-person, face-to-face marketing and customer interaction
- Communicate product features and benefits clearly while professionally addressing customer questions
- Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and skill-building sessions
- Meet or exceed individual, team, and store performance objectives
- Attend occasional optional out-of-town training or networking events
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication skills
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal conduct
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to work full-time, including occasional evenings or weekends as needed
- Reliable transportation to the office and marketing locations
