Role Description
This is a full-time, In-Person & Hybrid opportunity for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst based in Columbus, GA. The role involves conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized behavior plans, supervising implementation, and providing training and ongoing support to families and caregivers. The Behavior Analyst will also oversee the quality and effectiveness of ABA services delivered in center-based, home, and community settings, contributing to client success through collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques, with a strong understanding of behavior modification strategies.
- Experience in Parent Education and Behavior Management, helping caregivers and families implement effective strategies.
- A foundational knowledge of Psychology, particularly as it relates to behavior patterns and therapeutic interventions.
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) required.
- Ability to work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Preferred: Experience in school services, IEP support, or working within diverse community settings.
