Position Overview
We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Portland headquarters team. This is an in-person role at our Will Call office, where you’ll be the friendly and professional point of contact for customers, designers, and contractors who reach out by phone, email, or in person.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers at the Will Call desk and provide exceptional in-person service.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
Assist customers with:
- Checking stock availability
- Ordering samples
- Placing and tracking orders
- Providing product information and specifications
- Handling tile-related sourcing or product inquiries
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with patience and care.
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate records of customer communications and transactions.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.
